At Voisine Cards, we’re excited to offer pre-sale opportunities for upcoming trading card releases! Pre-sales allow you to secure your favorite items before they’re officially available. Below is everything you need to know about our pre-sale process.

1. What is a Pre-Sale?

A pre-sale is an opportunity to purchase upcoming or highly anticipated trading card products before their official release date. By pre-ordering, you ensure that the item is reserved for you and will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.

2. How to Pre-Order

  1. Browse Pre-Sale Items: Visit the “Pre-Sale” section of our website to view available products.
  2. Select Your Items: Choose the items you’d like to pre-order and add them to your cart.
  3. Checkout: Proceed to checkout and complete your payment.
  4. Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirming your pre-order and the estimated release date.

3. Payment for Pre-Orders

  • Full Payment: Pre-orders require full payment at the time of purchase.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal.

4. Release and Shipping

  • Release Date: The estimated release date for pre-sale items will be clearly stated on the product page.
  • Shipping: Pre-ordered items will be shipped on or after the release date. You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.
  • Delivery: Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected.

5. Cancellations and Changes

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your pre-order up to 7 days before the release date by contacting us at Voisinecards@mail.com. After this period, cancellations are not allowed as the order will already be in processing.
  • Changes: Changes to your pre-order (e.g., shipping address or item) can only be made if the request is submitted at least 7 days before the release date.

6. Product Availability

Pre-sale items are subject to availability. In the rare event that we cannot fulfill your pre-order due to supplier issues, we will notify you immediately and offer a full refund or a replacement product.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following:

  • You understand that the release date is an estimate and may be subject to change due to factors beyond our control (e.g., manufacturer delays).
