Ordering and Availability
At Voisine Cards, we strive to make the ordering process simple, transparent, and convenient. Below is everything you need to know about placing an order and product availability.
1. How to Place an Order
Placing an order with us is easy! Follow these steps:
- Browse Our Collection: Visit our website and explore our wide range of trading cards and accessories.
- Add to Cart: Select the items you’d like to purchase and add them to your cart.
- Checkout: Proceed to checkout, where you’ll enter your shipping and payment details.
- Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details.
2. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
- PayPal: A secure and convenient payment option.
3. Order Processing
- Handling Time: All orders require 3 business days for processing and handling before they are shipped.
- Order Status: You can check the status of your order by logging into your account or contacting us at Voisinecards@mail.com.
4. Product Availability
- In-Stock Items: All products listed as “In Stock” are available for immediate purchase and will be shipped within 3 business days.
- Out-of-Stock Items: If a product is out of stock, it will be clearly marked on the product page. You can sign up for email notifications to be alerted when it’s back in stock.
- Pre-Orders: For upcoming releases, we may offer pre-orders. Pre-order items will be shipped on or after the release date.
5. Shipping
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders using FedEx Express, with delivery within 3 to 5 business days after shipping.
- Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
6. Cancellations and Changes
- Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at Voisinecards@mail.com. After 24 hours, your order will already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
- Changes: If you need to make changes to your order (e.g., shipping address or item), contact us immediately. Changes are only possible if the order has not yet been processed.
7. International Orders
Currently, we only ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at Voisinecards@mail.com.
8. Backorders
In rare cases, an item may go on backorder after you’ve placed your order. If this happens, we will notify you immediately and provide an estimated restock date. You may choose to wait for the item, select a replacement, or cancel your order.
